Umesh from Tip top Pest Control came out at very short notice to inspect my house. There were rats in upper and lower roof spaces and he was able to get into all the spaces and bait using 3 different types of bait. He was very thorough and able to explain the removal process and what to expect in the coming days/weeks/months. Appreciate it and would recommend using Tip Top Pest Control Services.

3 months ago On a public holiday I was extremely lucky to have assistance with the issue in my house, all the other companies answered to say they're unavailable or I'll get a call back. I was told half hour but only waited 15-20 mins Absolutely affordable very professional and speedy arrival Extensive knowledge , thanks so much for going above and beyond.. extremely helpful! Can’t thank umesh enough for his work. Had a dead mouse in the roof that was making the house stink. Called him at 11pm at night and he was at our place early next morning for the job. Very humble and professional. Would highly recommend him to my friends.

Tip-Top services helped my with my bird issue in November 2020. Umesh and his co-worker were professional throughout my whole process of dealing with them with good communication. They installed wire mesh around my solar panels stopping pidgeons from nesting there, cleaned the gutters and panels. Very happy with the service and would recommend to others.

Super professional, highly rated and very reliable. Always a bit sceptical about these types of services but they have literally nuked every spider in and around the house. We couldn't be happier and even a few days after, we are still finding dead insects so we are really happy and would definitely get them out again and recommend them!

AMAZING job! On time early in the morning. Very professional and happy to help whilst talking me through step by step so I understand the procedure and felt as though it was thorough. I Ushmed was a licensed pest controller technician and explained the products to me so knew they were registered for my pest problem and of a high quality. He inspected the area before using the products which a previous company I had gone with did not and the problem was on-going. Tip top property services is also the best price I found and if the pests aren’t gone within 2 treatments the third is free and guaranteed. If I have anymore pest problems I will 100% be contacting tip top property!
